- Event-specific or collaboration collections (like Fitchella 2025 tags)
- No code required discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
💸 Pricing & Discounts
- All Black-Vember prices are already marked down, what you see is what you pay.
- No additional discount codes or ambassador offers apply.
- Shipping fees remain standard and are not included in the discount.
- All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Our standard Shipping Policy applies.
- Delivery may take a little longer than usual during November (we’ll be racing to pack all those custom tags).
- Etched can’t be held responsible for courier delays once your parcel is on its way.
🔁 Orders, Returns & Refunds
- All sale items are final sale, no returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
- Customised items (engraved tags or bracelets) are made to order and cannot be refunded.
- For any issues, please contact info@stay-etched.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Etched may amend or end the promotion at any time.
- Orders that appear to be for resale may be cancelled.
