Etched x Fitbae Expo Ticket Giveaway

1. The promoter

This competition is run by Etched (the "Promoter"). Contact: info@stay-etched.com. The tickets are supplied by Fitbae, the organiser of the Fitbae Expo (the "Event Organiser").

2. Instagram disclaimer

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to the competition.

3. Who can enter

• You must be 16 or older and live in South Africa.
• Employees of the Promoter and the Event Organiser, and their immediate family members, can't enter.
• Your Instagram account must be public so we can verify your entry.

4. Competition period

The competition opens on the date this post goes live and closes at 17:00 SAST on Thursday 15 October 2026. Entries received after that time are not valid.

5. How to enter

To enter, you must:

1. Like the competition post on the @etched_za Instagram account.
2. Follow @etched_za and @fitbaeinc on Instagram.
3. Comment on the competition post, tagging the friend or gym partner you would bring.

Each eligible comment counts as one entry. You can earn one bonus entry by sharing the competition post to your Instagram Stories and tagging @etched_za. Stories must be public and visible until the closing time so we can verify them. Entries that don't meet every requirement will not be counted.

6. The prize

There are two winners. Each winner receives one pair (2 tickets) to the Fitbae Expo on Saturday 31 October 2026, 10:00 to 17:00, at Parkview Event Space, 5 Armadale Street, Woodstock. That is 4 tickets in total.

• The prize is the tickets only. It does not include transport, accommodation, food or anything else.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The first 100 attendees at the event receive a goodie bag. This is provided by the Event Organiser and is not guaranteed to winners.

7. Choosing and notifying the winners

• Winners will be chosen by random draw from all valid entries after the competition closes.
• Winners will be announced on the @etched_za Instagram account on Friday 16 October 2026 and contacted by direct message.
• Each winner will be sent a redemption code to claim their tickets online through Quicket.
• Winners must reply within 48 hours of being contacted. If we don't hear back, or a winner can't be verified as eligible, we may draw a replacement winner.
• The names of the winners are available on request from info@stay-etched.com for up to 3 months after the competition closes.

8. Event changes

The Promoter is not responsible for changes to the event, including its date, venue, times, programme or cancellation. These are decided by the Event Organiser. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, the Promoter's only obligation is to pass on any information provided by the Event Organiser.

9. Personal information

By entering, you agree that we may collect and use your Instagram username and the contact details you provide to run the competition, choose and contact the winners, and share the winners' names with the Event Organiser so tickets can be issued. We handle your information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We won't use your details for marketing unless you opt in separately. To ask about, correct or delete your information, email info@stay-etched.com.

10. Publicity

Winners agree that their Instagram username may be shared when the winners are announced.

11. General

• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, uses fake accounts or breaks these terms.
• The Promoter may amend or cancel the competition if circumstances outside its control require it, and will announce any change on @etched_za.
• These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
